What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

For standard products (like Linear Guides, Ball Screws), we have no strict MOQ. Sample orders (1 pc) are welcome for quality testing. For custom machining parts, the MOQ depends on the design, usually starting from 10-50 pcs.

How long is the lead time?

Samples: 3-5 working days.
Standard Orders: 7-15 days after deposit.
Custom Orders: 20-30 days (including tooling and machining). We have a large stock of raw materials to ensure fast delivery.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal (for small amounts), and L/C (for orders over $50,000). Our standard term is 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty for all our products against manufacturing defects. If there are any quality issues, we will provide free replacements or a refund.
